Group Visits 2012

• Groups are most welcome to the Manor House Gardens.
  

• I like to keep my groups separate so that I can give them special attention so
  

        please avoid Tuesday afternoons.

• Please email or phone Kathy on 01234 822064 to choose a date to suit  you.
  

• You can choose morning, afternoon or evening bookings just avoid Tuesday  afternoons.
  

        If you are local and keen on an evening visit then end June onwards offers                     magical evening light in the wild flower meadow.

       

• There is ample parking for cars.
  

• Coach groups are also welcome..
  

Entrance £4.50 per person.  Minimum group size 15.

If anyone would like leaflet to be sent, with garden layout and road map, then please email with your address and I will send one.  If you are thinking about a group outing, then just say so and I will send a few more!

Kathy will give a PERSONAL INTRODUCTION to the garden, free of charge.

1.GUIDED TOUR Optional: to last about 45 minutes, where Kathy will share her enthusiasm for the plants and explain the design elements, (Minimum of 10 and maximum of 35 visitors).

For this there will be an extra charge of £1 per head. Please advise in advance.

2.EDIBLE FLOWER DEMONSTRATION a popular option introduced in 2011 drawing on extensive practical knowledge. It lasts about 45 minutes and visitors are given tastes to try. Kathy’s Book ‘Edible Flowers’ is being reprinted Nov 2011 for the fifth time!

This works best for group size 15-25.

For this there will be an extra charge of £3.50 per head. Please advise in advance.

3.CONTAINER GARDENING WORKSHOP NEW FOR 2012. It will last about 45 minutes covering plant combinations and care. Kathy’s latest Book ‘Container Gardening ’ was published in September  2011.  This works best for group size 15-20 from a) mid April to end May or b) September.

For this there will be an extra charge of £3.50 per head. Please advise in advance.

4.REFRESHMENTS Optional : with a choice of tea or coffee plus Kathy's home made cake, which might include her special rose petal cake or lavender lemon drizzle, ginger and honey cake or any other, depending on the season, can be arranged in advance at £3 per person. Please advise in advance. These refreshments are extremely popular!
